Intelligent Optical Systems have developed a flashlight that is capable of blinding its target temporarily, making them disoriented and dizzy in the process thanks to the utilization of really bright LEDs that pulses and flashes while changing its color. The only way to avoid its effect is to look away or close your eyes, but by doing so you would be rendered harmless and the cops will be able to swoop down on you by then.
