Option iCON 225 HSDPA USB modem

Option’s iCON 225 HSDPA USB modem prides itself in being extremely tiny, targeting mass market businesses with its 63mm x 26mm x 13mm size while weighing a mere 40 grams. It offers theoretical data rates of up to 7.2Mbps, although you’ll probably get much less than that in real life. Features include quad-band EDGE, GPRS and GSM data connectivity as well as 2100 MHz HSDPA/UMTS. Not only that, the iCON 225’s Zero-CD technology enables various apps, manuals and drivers to be downloaded and installed automatically whenever it is hooked to a computer for the first time. Great for environmentalists, I say. Since it’s firmware can be upgraded, you could pretty much lump the iCON 225 under the category of ‘future-proof’.
