Opera Mobile 9.5 Beta Released

Folks who have long waited for Opera Mobile’s 9.5 beta need not wait any longer, as it is currently available for download. As with any beta program, you can expect to discover your fair share of bugs and problems, so make sure you contact the development team when that happens so that the final build will be rid of these pests. Chances are Opera Mobile 9.5 beta will be better compared to the default browser found in majority of the smartphones out there, so why not take the plunge? Opera Mobile 9.5 beta will include support for double-tap zoom, landscape flip, offline page save, tab-like browsing, auto-URL complete, the almighty Google search bar and other goodies. Word has it that Google Gears and flash video support will be integrated at a later time. Keep your fingers crossed that the final release will not take such a long time to come out.
