Dell Mini 9 Gets A04 BIOS

It is official – Dell Mini 9 owners can now get the much-awaited A04 BIOS that will help fix particular issues that has been bugging people for a fair amount of time now – it seems that previously, batteries reported incorrect cell capacities as well as Windows XP booting up in the wrong resolution. Other fixes from the new A04 BIOS include :-

• Fixes resolution on XP startup
• Critical Battery Alarm can now go below 7% to 4%
• Lack of low battery beeping
• Battery power reporting fix for KR batteries (reads 3200mAh correctly)

Those who have recently received their new Mini 9s will find that it comes with the A04 BIOS, but current Mini 9 owners can get theirs here (thanks, Dell Mini forum!).
