
Chumby, the maker of the… Chumby will use Samsung’s S3C6410 application processor in some of its upcoming products. Chumby talks about smarter photo frames and things like that, which doesn’t sound all that edgy, but if they are as cute as the first Chumby device, it’s worth taking a look.
Here’s a quick list of what the S3C6410 can do:
- JPED decompression
- 2D/3D acceleration (basic 3D)
- Mpeg4, H.264 decode (SD video at 30fps)
- 5.1 Audio
