You might call him a crazy genius, but machinist/inventor Ted Ciamillo is about to embark on a journey like never before – use his pedal-powered miniature submarine and paddle across the Atlantic sometime later in the year. This wet sub would mean Ciamillo will have to wear a wet suit, snorkel and scuba diving gear, and experts are already pooh-poohing his ambition as one would logically need superman-like abilities to make it across, let alone halfway through that vast body of water. We wish Caimillo all the luck he needs, and it would be a waste if he perishes halfway through the journey. Hopefully there will be an experienced support team to cheer him along this ardous journey.
