The iPod is the supreme portable media player at this point in time and for good reason, too. This has led to efforts by many other companies to usurp the iPod’s dominant position in the market but to no avail, but that doesn’t mean companies like Coby will stop trying. Their latest assault comes in the form of the MP600 which shares similarities to the latest iPod nano design from the outside. Features include a 1.44″ LCD display, support for photos, video and audio playback, an integrated FM radio and an irresistable price tag – retailing for a wee bit over $20 for the 2GB model while the 4GB model touches the $29.99 mark.
