HRP-4C Model Robot

The Japanese seem to come up with robots for virtually anything and everything, and their latest contribution to the world is the HRP-4C fashion robot who will debut at the Tokyo Fashion Week. Standing at an average 158cm tall while weighing a petite 43kg with battery, this robot boasts some pretty smooth movements as you can view in the video above. In addition, she even comes with a human-like skin to cover all those wires and appendages, and no doubt some people out there will fall in love with a “female” robot sometime in the future. Guess there is money to be made in robot-human wedding planning, so that’s another business venture one could look into if you’re in Japan.
