Temporary Prosthetic Limbs

Prosthetic limbs do help those who need it to live a much more normal life, and technology of prosthetics have come a long way from just a fake plastic appendage. Industrial designer Tillmann Beuscher has a heart for landmine victims worldwide by thinking up methods on producing cheap artificial limbs that will help keep people mobile. According to Tillmann, his work is a “design of a temporary prosthetic limb to support humanitarian assistance for victims of landmines and worldwide explosive remaining of war.” Hopefully his vision will be realized sooner rather than later – God knows just how many people need these aesthetically pleasing and practical prosthetic limbs.
