MetroPCS will be offering the Mister Cartoon-branded Samsung r450 handset after both Samsung and MetroPCS decided to team up with famous tattoo artist Mark Machado a.k.a. Mister Cartoon to come up with a limited edition of the said handset. This phone will come pre-loaded with tattoo-centric wallpapers, ringtones and animations, while the re-colored case features Mister Cartoon-designed graphics on the battery cover. There will only 30,010 of these available, where the first 10 will be signed by Mister Cartoon and auctioned off for charity. We thought it would be cooler if fans could get free tattoos from the man himself in a random sweepstakes exercise instead.
