Sony working on real emotion engine

When the PS2’s Emotion Engine was first announced to provide real time graphics as seen in the Toy Story movie, we considered ourselves sold although the real deal was a huge disappointment. Well, word has it that Sony is working on a real emotion engine to be incorporated into the PS3, where it will be able to detect laughter alongside a variety of other emotions such as sadness, excitement, anger, joy, interest and boredom. No idea on the type of game that can work with this – what do you think?
