HARApad claims to reduce EM radiation

We’ve seen those tiny stickers on your cellphones that are meant to reduce electromagnetic radiation, but the HARApad takes things one step further by touting its ability to reduce the amount of radiation coming from your notebooks and laptops. Doesn’t sound too far fetched if you fall under the school of thought that made you take the plunge with those cellphone stickers, considering your notebook comes with W-Fi as well as optional 3G. HARApad’s manufacturer claims that notebooks computers emit electromagnetic radiation (EMR) up to 100 times the safe amount (!) where prolonged exposure could lead to various health issues like cancer and infertility. The HARAPad steps in to save you from the side effects of using a necessary evil for work for $49.99, touting to prevent up to 80% of the EMR from bombarding your body. For $25 more, you get the HARApad Elite which can block nearly 100% of EMR.
