KlimaJack research project could be integrated into clothes of the future

The KlimaJack research project is the brain child between German clothing companies and universities under the lead of ITIV (Institute for Information Processing Technology), where the ultimate aim would be to introduce climate controlling wearable systems that can be integrated into clothing. What the KlimaJack aimst to do is use its integrated sensors within the clothing’s fabric to pick up vital body functions, where miniaturized modules integrated in garments will then process such information to help it maintain the right temperature that you want, despite what is happening outside. It seems that this research project will be able to meet its completion deadline of February next year, and we hope the final result will be thin and light, making it a whole lot easier to pack for winter.
