iPad cannot be tethered to an iPhone

As the iPhone recently got its tethering option, although to make use of it, you will have to give up your unlimited data plan which surely baffles the mind (not to those charging for it though). To make matters even less rosy for iPad owners, news of iPads being unable to tether to iPhones ought to turn your bad day into a truly awful one – if you’re one who uses a whole lot of Apple devices. The reason for this inability to tether the iPhone to the iPad to share Internet access with the Apple slate device was due to the fact that the iPad does not come with any USB ports which will enable a wired connection between the devices. What do you make of the situation?
