Sirius XM Sound Dock debuts

The Sirius XM Sound Dock is something special, as it will attempt to bring together a couple of satellite radio companies in a single device. Targeting a late 2010 launch for $129, this is the first docking speaker station in the market that will play nice with both XM and Sirius ‘Dock and Play’ tuners. Heck, even if you want to get your music on but are nowhere near a power outlet, fret not – it can also run on an eight-pack of ‘C’ cell batteries , with an auxiliary input and headphone output thrown in for added flexibility. Guess even the bitterest of enemies can always learn to bury the hatchet and come to a common agreement which is beneficial to both parties, eh?
