Archos, a Tablet pioneer based in France, just sent an update to tell the world (or at least the USA) that its Archos 28, Archos 32 and Archos 70 Tablets are (finally) available for purchase. We had seen the specifications and the pricing go by earlier this month, but back then two things were missing: 1/ an availability date 2/the 250GB version of the Archos 70 wasn’t out yet.

Although the 28 and 32 are called “Tablet”, they are really iPod-ish  devices that fit in your pocket. They have a clean design that is reminiscent of what you can find in smartphones. The Archos 70 has a more classic Archos design, and featured a leg stand in the back, in case you want to watch a movie on its 800×480 display.
