You just know it in your gut that the year 2011 is the year of the tablet, and this is not surprising considering the fact that such devices are highly portable, not to mention boasting enough processing power to get basic office work done with the right accessories (Bluetooth keyboard attachment, anyone?) Of course, apart from the notable players like the iPad and Samsung Galaxy Tab, there will be more obscure names including the TENQ P07 which was recently spotted, powered by Ubuntu 10.10 Netbook Edition instead of Android or Windows 7. Coming with a 10-inch multitouch display, the TENQ P07 will run off an Intel Atom 1.6GHz processor, sports 2GB RAM and a 32GB SSD, theoretically being lightning quick when it comes to booting up and launching programs. No further word on pricing or availability, but we do look forward to it appearing on the FCC sooner rather than later.
