The Amazing Spider-Man movie is coming up, and for those who are unfamiliar, the upcoming movie is a reboot of the Spider-Man franchise which previously starred Tobey Maguire in the role of Spider-Man. Well taking on the same name would be Activision’s The Amazing Spider-Man video game that supposedly will be taking place after the events of the movie.Well looking to whet the appetite of gamers out there, Activision has released the first official screenshot from the game, as pictured above, and to be honest it does look pretty darn good! The game had its trailer revealed last year during the Spike Video Game Awards in December of 2011 and is scheduled to see a launch in the summer of 2012. The game will be available for both the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3. So, based on the screenshot above, who’s excited for the upcoming game? Or are you more looking forward to the movie instead?
