About a month ago, we reported on a rumor/speculation that a LittleBigPlanet racing game could be in the works, and it looks like Sony has officially announced the game known as LittleBigPlanet Karting that was developed together with United Front Games for the Sony PlayStation 3. The game will merge the gameplay of LittleBigPlanet together with some of the popular and classic features from other karting franchises that will take place in a 3D world. The game will also come with a Create tools that allows players to build their own courses, but unfortunately apart from those details, not much else is known about the game although it was mentioned that more will be revealed in the coming weeks.
