Google’s Play Marketplace is filled with plenty of quality entertainment titles, ranging from the entire shebang of the Angry Birds franchise to paid titles like Plants vs Zombies. While those titles are meant to help you kill time by releasing tension and stress, here is something far more serious, thanks to NATO. NATO commissioned this particular serious game, making it the first of its kind that was able to achieve full deployment on Google’s Play Marketplace. Part of it was developed completely in VBSWorlds, a Caspian Learning/Bohemia Interactive Simulations product, and is currently available for as a free download. The entire idea of this serious game is divided into different areas, where one of them was designed to improve the effectiveness of personnel during Maritime Interdiction Operations.
