If you’ve always wanted a DIY programmable robot, you might remember the Qbo project from a couple of years back. Now it seems that after a painstaking six years in development, TheCorpora is now ready for the Qbo to start making its way to the masses. The company has realized that there are different robot hobbyists out there and have since released two different versions of the Qbo – a Basic version, or a Complete version. As the name implies, the Basic will offer the user pretty much everything he/she needs to put the Qbo together themselves and will retail for €499.

However for those who would rather not get their hands dirty and would rather have an up and running Qbo right out of the box, they can opt for the Complete version that comes in either Lite or Pro, with the main difference being in its motherboard and CPU configuration. The Lite version is expect to go for €1,699 while the Pro will retail for €2,299. Head on over to TheCorpora’s website for the details or to place your pre-orders.
