We’ve seen the jokes and various gags that have suggested that Apple’s MacBook Air can not only double as a kitchen knife, but could also be used as a cutting board as well. Injecting a bit of seriousness into the idea, designer Jaewan Jeong has come up with a cutting board dubbed the Almighty Board. It is essentially a digital cutting board that not only allows users to cut up meat, vegetables, fruits, etc on it, but will also provide users with a variety of information. This can range from providing recipes, to even weighing the food to ensure that you have the proper amount needed for your dish. Best of all, the Almighty Board is washable and even comes with the ability to tell users if it has been cleaned sufficiently to prevent cross-food contamination or food poisoning. I don’t know about you, but I would love to have that in my kitchen.
