Apple’s Smart Cover for the iPad allows it to be rolled up which in turn will prop the iPad up. However if that wasn’t enough for you, Moshi has unveiled the iGlaze with VersaCover at CTIA this week. As you might have surmised from the photograph above, the VersaCover offers the same protection and concept as the Smart Cover, but the main difference is that it offers users more “folding” options to almost origami like shapes! This will allow iPad owners to prop up their tablets in either portrait or landscape orientation depending on their needs.

The iGlaze with VersaCover builds on the iGlaze casing for the iPad. For those unfamiliar, the iGlaze basically provides iPad owners with a clear case backing that will protect the back of the iPad from scratches. Now thanks to the introduction of the VersaCover, iPad owners will be able to protect their screens as well. Similar to covers with magnets built into them, the VersaCover should put the iPad to sleep when closed, and awakens it when opened and will protect your screen with its microfiber lining. Moshi’s iGlaze with VersaCover is expected to be made available this June and will be priced at $60. So, any takers?
