Bad news gamers in Japan, if you were looking forward to playing Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance on your Xbox 360, well you’re out of luck as Kojima Productions has confirmed via its website that the game has been cancelled for the Xbox 360. Instead the game will only be available on the PlayStation 3. However it seems that this cancellation for the Xbox 360 is limited only to Japan, so for gamers in other countries it looks like you’re still good to go. Some have speculated that the cancellation might have to do with poor Xbox 360 sales in Japan, but either way if you’re in Japan and you want to play Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, it looks like your best bet is to get it imported.
