Resident Evil 6 street date broken in Australia

Are you looking forward to playing Resident Evil 6? As some of you guys are probably aware, the release date for the game has been pegged for the 2^nd of October 2012, but it looks like if you live in Australia, you can get your hands on the game earlier thanks to some retailers breaking the street date. This was revealed by Game Informer AU via their Facebook page and is apparently limited to just Australia. We’re not sure if retailers in other countries have broken the street date as well, so for now this applies to Australian gamers. We’re pretty sure that Capcom can’t be pleased about this and like we said earlier, not all retailers have broken the dates so if you live in Australia and want to pick up a copy of Resident Evil 6 early, you should probably start calling up the various retailers to see who has the game in stock.
