When it comes to the Internet, you cannot believe everything that you read – as well as see. A skilled hand in Photoshop is able to conjure up even the most believable of images, and here we are with what could very well be Sony Mobile’s take on the Nexus range (which every other Android smartphone manufacturer seems to want to take a stab at) – the Sony Nexus X. Two photos of the alleged Sony Nexus X have already appeared on Picasa, where one of it is depicted from the front, while the other will obviously feature a rear shot. The Sony Nexus X might be as real as you reading this story, or it could just be a unicorn catching golden rings thrown by a leprechaun with its horn, where both of them are happily residing at the end of a rainbow.

What makes us think that the Sony Nexus X might not be real after all? There was no Xperia branding spotted on it, but perhaps this was done on purpose, where it will be aligned to the Nexus range from Google instead. What is your take on the Sony Nexus X?
