BLU Products might not necessarily be a company known to many of you guys, but they have announced a trio of new Android smartphones under its Quattro lineup and based on its specs and price, they might be worth checking out. Starting with the Quattro 4.5, as the name suggests, this device will pack a 4.5” qHD display. It will also be powered by NVIDIA’s Tegra-3 quad-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz, 1GB of RAM, a 5MP rear-facing camera with HD video recording, 4GB of internal storage expandable via microSD, and will come with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich on board. It is also expected to be priced at $249.99.

Next up is the Quattro 4.5 HD which is essentially the Quattro 4.5 with some upgraded features, such as its 4.5” HD 326ppi display with “Advanced Super View” which is made from Corning’s Gorilla Glass. It will see an upgraded camera from 5MP to 8MP with a f/2.4 aperture lens, and will come with 16GB of internal storage that can also be expanded via microSD. Unfortunately it will still be running on Android 4.0 ICS instead of Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. This particular model will set you back $349.99.

Last but not least is the Quattro 5.7 HD which is the company’s take on the phablet with a 5.7” 1280×720 HD display. It too will be powered by NVIDIA’s Tegra-3 quad-core CPU clocked at 1.5GHz with 1GB of RAM, an 8MP rear-facing camera, 4GB of internal storage expandable via microSD, and will run on Android 4.0 ICS and is expected to be priced at $299.99. It should be noted that all these prices are basically for the devices themselves and you’re not required to sign any contract with a carrier, making them quite a steal
