I am not quite sure about you, but when someone steps forward to give a statement that starts of with,”I will never…”, chances are that person would end up doing the very same thing that he or she vowed not to do in the first place. Having said that, it would be interesting to see how things pan out with Kim Dotcom, the founder of site Megaupload, as he recently said, “I will never be in a prison in the U.S., I can guarantee you that.”

Of course, Kim Dotcom has been accused of being a piracy kingpin in the past with his file sharing service known as Megaupload, and he has since picked up his fair share of knocks by the US government concerning his involvement in such sites, but Kim Dotcom oozed with confidence concerning his upcoming trial, and is adamant that he will not be spending any time behind bars, at least not in a US prison. Does this mean he is open to being a jailbird elsewhere else?
