Verizon has been rumored to be the mobile carrier of choice to deliver the Kyocera Brigadier to the masses in the US, but it seems that no official confirmation has been made concerning the situation just yet. The Kyocera Brigadier does not seem to be lined up to be a popular smartphone for all walks of life, but rather, it is being marketed as a rugged smartphone, which is something Kyocera has had plenty of experience with. Being dust- and water-resistant according to the IP68 standards, it also claims to tout an 8MP camera at the back, a 2MP front-facing camera, a quad-core 1.4GHz processor, 2GB RAM, and 16GB of internal memory.
