re-revelationsCapcom certainly has its fair share of video game hits over the years, and I am quite sure that many of us are more than pleased to see the likes of Street Fighter and Resident Evil franchises continue in a “winning” direction. Well, it seems that Resident Evil Revelations 2 would be making its way to the PS Vita, PS3 and PS4, while those who are rocking to a PS4 will be able to enjoy round after round of bone crunching fights in Ultra Street Fighter IV, and both releases are made possible courtesy of a double partnership between Capcom and SCEA’s Third Party Production.

There is more to it, too, as we have heard how Third Party Production are working on and publishing both titles for those platforms. Resident Evil Revelations 2 would be the latest spine-chilling chapter in the Resident Evil franchise, where there will be a quartet of dramatic episodes to scare the pants off you, complete with cliffhanger moments which will hopefully have you coming back for more. With all the dangers of genetic manipulation going on in video games as well as fictional settings, why are we in the real world moving in a semblance of that direction? Expect Resident Evil Revelations 2 to hit both PS4 and PS3 platforms on February 17th, 2015, while PS Vita owners can enjoy it later in the spring.

Ultra Street Fighter IV for PS4 would hold the distinction of being the first Street Fighter title to debut on next-gen consoles – where there will be five more new characters and half a dozen new stages to duke it out. [Press Release]
