The new Tomb Raider reboot has been very well-received as it has taken Lara Croft and spun her in a completely new way. This is why we can only imagine that many gamers are looking forward to the second installment, Rise of the Tomb Raider. Last month gameplay footage was released, and now it looks like we have a new trailer for the game.

In this new trailer titled “Descent Into Legend”, it shows off more of the promised tomb raiding features. Its developer Crystal Dynamics had previously promised that in Rise of the Tomb Raider, they would be bringing more puzzle-solving and tomb raiding to the game, and based on this trailer it certainly looks like they have done just that.

Rise of the Tomb Raider has been pegged for a release on the 10th of November where it will be an Xbox exclusive. However it is expected to make its way onto the PC in Q1 2016, followed by the PlayStation 4 in the holiday season of 2016, which we have to admit is a rather long wait so hopefully interest will remain high until then.

In the meantime the game is said to be three times as big as its predecessor and if all goes according to play, it has been envisioned that the rebooted Tomb Raider franchise could be a trilogy. This means that we should be able to expect at least one more title following this release, if not more.
