oppo-neo7Oppo has certainly made a name for itself in recent times, with the latest being the roll out of the Oppo R7s flagship device in Dubai. Well, even though companies might roll out one flagship after another, it also makes perfect economical sense to ensure that bread and butter handsets will help carry the torch, too. After all, the middle class and the poorer segments of society tends to be the largest bands in most societies, and this means not everyone can afford a high end handset. Hence, Oppo has just made the Neo 7 official with an accompanying price tag that will not break the bank, too. We are talking about less than a couple of Benjamins here.

The Oppo R7 is said to pack a 5” TFT LCD display that will feature qHD resolution that amounts to 540 x 960 pixels. Underneath the hood, you will find a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 chipset with a quad-core 1.2GHZ processor and 1GB of RAM. Internal storage for the Oppo Neo 7 stands at a paltry 16GB by today’s standards, but thankfully there is a microSD memory card slot for expansion purposes. The camera at the back is an 8MP shooter, where right up in front would be a 5MP shooter with f/2.4 glass. Available in either black or white with a silver or golden frame, respectively, one can choose from 3G and 4G LTE models.
