Getting a tattoo can be considered as a rite of passage for some of us, and most of the time, it is all about fashion in this day and age, whereas in the past, tribal people had tattoos for very significant purposes – religious or otherwise. Still, tattoos are not exactly pain-free, and even worse if you would want to get them removed simply because you decided on a tattoo with your (then) girlfriend’s name when you were dead drunk. How about seeing tattoos in a new and more intimate light? Skin46 is working on tattoos that are made from human material.
Skin46’s already patented invention will be a game-changer for tattoo lovers, where this particular invention is connected to “a method for producing a tattoo ink, a carbon extracted from human material and/or animal material and/or vegetable material being added to a base composition of the tattoo ink.” In other words, those who decide to order an SKIN46 ink made of their child’s, bro’s, best friends, members, brothers in arms etc. – whoever they love or honor, will literally ensure that the ink would have an actual bit of the person you have in mind under your skin.
