Huawei is expected to launch a handful of new devices later this month at the Mobile World Congress 2018 in Barcelona. The company has already sent out invites to the press for its MWC 2018 event and while it’s yet to confirm what devices we’ll be treated to, a new report suggests that the company will launch three new Huawei MediaPad tablet models at the event.

According to the report, Huawei’s upcoming MediaPad M5 will be available in three different models. There’s going to be one with an 8.4 inch 2560×1600 pixel resolution display, powered by Huawei’s Kirin 960 processor with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of storage with prices for the Wi-Fi and LTE models starting at ~$400.

The 10 inch model is expected to cost the same with similar specifications as its smaller sibling. The two will also likely include a Cat. 4 LTE modem, a USB Type-C port as well as a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Last but not the least, there’s going to be a Huawei MediaPad M5 10 Pro which is said to feature the M-Pen stylus and may only be available in LTE for around $650. All three models will run on Android 8.0 Oreo with Huawei’s EMUI 8.0 on top.

It’s likely that more information about these upcoming Huawei tablets might surface online prior to the lunch event at MWC 2018 later this month.
