Unfortunately it was not specified as to when customers at Best Buy would be able to get their hands on the product, but if the reports are correct, it looks like the stock for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 has already arrived in Best Buy stores.

09/12/2011, Last week we reported that the German courts upheld the injunction on the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, scoring Apple a major victory. As it turns out that may be a hollow victory for Apple as the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is still being sold in Germany, all thanks to a legal loophole that we’re guessing Samsung is happily making use of.
