
Unless this wooden peg USB flash drive concept is waterproof, we don’t think that it is too feasible an idea. After all, some of us do hang up freshly washed clothes, and that usually means dripping water. If you’re not careful, some of that water might seep into the peg, hence ruining the sensitive electronics within when you plug it into a computer. Hopefully the rain won’t do a number on it as well. Also, having it exposed to long periods of sunlight certainly isn’t a good thing for your data within, as the external wood and plastic will end up being brittle.
