The recently-released NitroKey Slipstream is a $15 software that offers freedom for your iPod touch 2G, doing a number on the 2.2.1 firmware while installing Cydia automatically so that you are able to immerse yourself in the many faceted jailbroken apps that you have been eyeing for quite some time now, including the new paid App Store. This jailbreak solution works on the Windows platforms only at the moment, but word is out that a Mac version is already being tinkered with. Will the free redsn0w that has yet to be released after a long time since its announcement take the lead back on that front? Do leave a comment or two if you’ve already entered the NitroKey Slipstream’s, er, slipstream.
