We all know that computers can be upgraded, but how about amplifiers? Well, the Primare SPA22 is a rare breed where you are able to further upgrade it when you have some spare dough during the good times. The Swedish designers have thought up of a plug-in board option that allows you to prolong its use in your home before you ditch it for a better model. Unfortunately, you will need to fork out £3,000 for the base unit in the beginning. At that price, we suppose you could get a nifty audio system with some change to spare for future upgrades – will it be a better trade off then?
