Rumors are swirling around, mentioning the existence of a Wii-style motion sensing remote meant for the Sony PS3. Apparently, Sony is trying to court third party publishers by asking them to implement last minute functionality into their upcoming game releases as well as feature such compatibility in future titles in order to win back support for the PS3 which is currently lagging behind the Xbox 360 and Wii in terms of global sales. No idea if this rumor is true or not, but it will certainly be a preview of what a HD-capable Wii is like should this be implemented. What do you think?
