
Bouygues Telecom is proud to announce that they will be the first carrier in Europe to launch the Samsung i7500 Android-powered handset later this July, after suffering from a one-month delay. News sources have also cited the i7500 to be known as the Samsung Galaxy in that part of the world, offering some rather down-to-earth specifications such as :-
- HSDPA 7.2Mbps/HSUPA 5.76Mbps (900/1700/2100MHz), EDGE/GPRS (850/900/1800/1900) connectivity
- Android OS
- 3.2” HVGA (320×480) AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display
- 5-megapixel camera
- Bluetooth 2.0, USB 2.0, Wi-Fi, MicroUSB, 3.5mm headset jack
- Built-in GPS
- 8GB internal memory
- microSD memory card slot
