Samsung seems to come up with a fair number of dual SIM holding handsets more often than not among all the other cellphone manufacturers, and their latest release would be the Samsung C3212 DuoS. This model is tipped to arrive in Russia first, retailing for around $196 after conversion, followed by a release in the European Union. There is no word on specifications as at press time, so it would be pointless to wonder whether this maxes out at EDGE or 3G. We more or less speculate it will be the former, and chances are this candybar handset will have a bunch of utilitarian features with nothing to entice the younger generation who are no longer easily impressed.
