Kempler & Strauss Billionair 7 smartphone

Kempler & Strauss has rolled out the Billionair 7 smartphone – a business-class device that will bring together the best user interfaces of the most popular business and consumer smartphone platforms onto a single GSM quad-band 3.5G handset that will be based on the Windows Mobile platform. Features will include a frameless 2.5″ TFT touchscreen display at 240 x 320 resolution as well as a full QWERTY keyboard just in case you have a whole slew of emails to reply on the go. Running on a 624MHz CPU, other specifications available are a couple of cameras (3-megapixel and 0.3-megapixel), HSDPA connectivity, Wi-Fi support, Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity and a microSD memory card slot. Strangely enough, there is no GPS navigation system inside which is a minus point in our books. Don’t be afraid of the name Billionair 7 though – it will retail for just $275 and comes with a one-year warranty. [Press Release]
