Testament to that is the partnership of Mercedes-Benz USA and Hughes Telematics Inc to come up with mbrace, a new telematics offering that allows you to connect your iPhone or BlackBerry to the car. You’ll then be able to lock or unlock your vehicle, locate it in a crowded parking lot or in city streets through a map on your phone, and a whole bunch of other stuff. Too bad the system doesn’t allow your phone to drive the car around, or you could be vying to be the next 007.
