Video Indicates The Android 2.1 Update Might Give Moto Droid Live Wallpapers

It was previously mentioned that the Motorola DROID would not be getting live wallpapers, despite getting an Android 2.1 firmware update. But according to this latest video that’s appeared, the Droid does seem to be running a firmware that supports live wallpapers (such as wallpapers with flashy dots moving around it). Apparently it’s running Android 2.1 ESE53, but you probably can’t confirm that from the video alone. Are live wallpapers important to you, or are they just a fancy gimmick to get you to choose the Android platform over others?
