The Hanshin Icreon HUWB-3000 kit is different from the rest since it not only handles video but audio transmissions without the need for any wires, creating an invisible connection between your PC and TV – all you need to do is plug the USB dongle into your notebook or desktop, hook the transceiver box via HDMI to your HDTV and everything should be up and running in a jiffy. It will rely on an ultra-wideband connection to send audio and video wirelessly to your TV, and is capable of handling 1080p video. No idea on pricing, but it ought to be on its way pretty soon. Too bad for Mac owners that this hardware works only on Windows-powered machines.
