Shock absorber generates juice from pothole jolts

When life throws you a lemon, what do you do? Make lemonade, of course! Well, that is what Levant Power Corporation intends to do by rolling out a shock absorber which will take advantage of potholes jolts to generate electricity. These new shock absorbers will be known as the GenShock, where it will hit the market sometime in the second quarter of next year. There is still no word on pricing, but one can roughly guess that they will cost more than your standard shock absorber. The big question is this – how long does it take before your return on investment saves you money in terms of petro-dollars?
