Time Warner Cable rolls out IntelliGo

The IntelliGo mobile hotspot from Time Warner Cable was just introduced, and if you choose to subscribe to it, you will be able to gain access to 4G and 3G networks, not to mention accessing up to five Wi-Fi enabled devices simultaneously as well. This is actually a rebadged Sprint Overdrive. To bring home the IntelliGo, you will need to fork out $49.99 after a $50.00 mail in rebate and agreeing to a two year contract. Depending on the region you’re in, the monthly service fee will vary. Interested? It is currently available in Time Warner Cable markets that have launched Road Runner Mobile (Texas, North Carolina, Hawaii and Kansas City). Meant for folks who do plenty of commuting and still want to remain connected, the IntelliGo won’t do much for those who already have a dedicated, round-the-clock Internet connection at home and spend most of their computing time in the comfort of their homes.
