Speed demons, sit up and take note! The Delkin Elite 633 SDHC UHS-I is touted to be the fastest SDHC available right now, and you can’t go any faster with it where other brands and makes are concerned. Just how fast does it transport data to and fro the card? We’re talking about 80MB/s write and 95MB/s read speeds thanks to the new UHS (Ultra High Speed) bus interface, which not surprisingly, is fully compatible with both SDHC and SDXC host devices. For normal users who just need storage, you need not get this – as the ones who require such speed would be those who stream full HD and 3D video as well as embark on rapid fire JPEG and RAW still photography. This means you need not miss a shot ever again – but remember that speed in an SDHC memory card can’t full compensate for that innate sense of timing, of course. Good news for the Elite 633 doesn’t stop there either as the memory card ships with advanced Error Correction Code (ECC), Wear Leveling technology, and storage integrity that holds the fort in harsh environments such as static, vibration, shock and UV light exposure. Of course, such quality doesn’t come cheap, as we’re talking about $440 for a 32GB model. Pre-orders can be placed now as it starts to ship in a couple of days’ time. Guess this would go down well with the Delkin USB 3.0 Universal Memory Card Reader.
