Logitech Touch Lapdesk N600

Logitech has just launched its Touch Lapdesk N600, a “high-tech” laptop heat pad that has a retractable 5″ multi-touch trackpad and media functions buttons (sound volume, home button) that are wirelessly connected to your laptop via Logitech’s unify USB dongle. The Touch Lapdesk is designed to provide a firm footing for the laptop and provides a larger, more comfortable trackpad. Obviously it will protect your lap from the heat if your laptop is so inclined to heat up. Yet, the Lapdesk N600 should be able to fit in a backpack or a larger laptop bag (not a sleeve).
