Motorola Mobility logoMotorola owners in Korea, if you run into a problem with your device, it looks like Motorola has stepped up its customer service by introducing what they’re calling “Smart Customer Service”, which in reality is a remote diagnostics tool that allows Motorola’s customer service operators to log in to your device and control it remotely, ultimately saving you the time and hassle of going down to a service center yourself.

If this sounds familiar, it’s because just yesterday we reported that HTC themselves will be installing the LogMeIn Rescue app on their range of Android smartphones as well. As far as Motorola is concerned, the app will have to be downloaded from the Google Android Market, although we’re not sure if Motorola will be preinstalling the app on their Korean devices in the future.

The LogMeIn “Rescue + Mobile for Motorola” app is expected to be made available for the Motorola RAZR and future mobile devices from Motorola Korea, so if you’d like to learn more about the app and its functions, head on down to LogMeIn’s website for the details.
